Shipping Info: All orders are shipped within 10 business days after the payment is complete and are carefully packaged. After sending, we will send you a tracking number to your email. We ship worldwide using registered air mail services via Belpost, which include a tracking number. We have a fixed shipping price for Worldwide (15 EUR) and Belarus (2,5 EUR). Delivery time period varies by destination due to customs.

If you have entered a wrong address during the ordering process, please contact kirillshoom@gmail.com so we can make the necessary adjustments. We will do our best to get to your order and make sure it ships to the correct address. If your order has already shipped then we will have to wait until it gets back to us before we can send it back out to you.
Return Policy: Please contact kirillshoom@gmail.com and we will do our best to remedy the situation with incorrect or damaged orders.

Hysterema is not responsible for minor cosmetic damage that may take place during shipping. We do our best in providing extra protection when packing orders but sometimes the post service doesn’t handle the packages with care. Warped, damaged and/or defective products will be replaced or refunded.
